IBN Claims Service

Claim charges are both system and processor flagged for audit when diagnoses/ treatments / charges are inconsistent or excessive. An in-house audit program is part of IBN's quality control process.

All billed claim charges are subject to at least three "filter points" for negotiating reductions. The Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Claim Examiner Audits and Specialty Contracted Vendors each having the opportunity to review, negotiate and provide the maximum saving on each claim.
